Are there very many handicap spots at each building?
Which buildings are close to the lazy river? Which buildings (and which side) have views of the EPCOT Fireworks?

There are a few handicap spots near each building. I want to say at least 3-4 spots, but i honestly haven't paid a ton of attention to them to be 100% sure of the count.

Assuming it's just a single member of your party that has mobility issues, If you do happen to run into a situation where there is not an available handicap spot, each building also has it's own little court which you can drive up to the front of the building for drop off/pick up and it's not in the main traffic flow, or even that busy outside of your traditional check-in/check-out rush.

There are 2 lazy rivers on the property. One at the main lobby, and the other right outside the door for Tower 5. The Tower 5 Lazy River is also a zero Entry pool.

As for fireworks, In General, you are looking at the lake side of Towers 1, 2, 3, and 6, and the Parking lot side of towers 4 and 5. There are however other considerations to keep in mind such as being on a high enough floor to see over obstructions such as other buildings or trees in the view.
