Hand out buttons

I'm at DW and see some folks with buttons stating something like "You are an honorary Citizen" or something like that. Anyone seen them or know the significance??

go to city hall on main street usa we have gotten happy birthday and first visit buttons there for free

My DD and DH got these from a member of the Dream Team on a previous trip after DD (then 3.5) told them she had been to Disney a million times.

received them after they were asked to open the World of Disney one morning. I think they are available if you just ask though.
