I've read everything I can about all the new rules and regulations and was confident I understood what is allowed and what is not.
My eldest DD was packing today to go to Spain when one of her friends (who is travelling with her) telephoned to say that a relative had been told to take batteries out of a camera before she could proceed on a flight to France.
Whilst I can understand the principle in the light of the current security levels it seems an odd rule if mp3 players, camera and laptops etc. are now permitted as hand luggagge.
Has anybody got any first hand experience of this?
Thanks.
