Hampton Inn and Microtell Inn at Philadelphia Airport

We are going to be staying at the airport the night before our flight in July. We have always had GREAT experiences with Hampton Inn, and we have stayed at the Hamtpon Inn at the airport and used the park and fly. Just trying to compare rates. Has anyone ever stayed at the Microtell Inn? How is it comparing to Hampton Inn? It would be about $25.00 less, but I am kinda nutty about hotel rooms. This particular hotel looks pretty new and it is right next to Hampton Inn.

I'm not sure what the rates are at the Hampton or Microtel, but we are staying at the Renaissance the night before our trip at the end of June. I called the hotel directly and was given a AAA rate or $79.00, including parking our car there for the week. I've never stayed at the Renaissance, but it looks pretty nice on the website. Hope I'm not disappointed.
