Well, I guess I have to wait two more days to purchase our party tickets. I had purchased gift cards and added them to my DVA. As a Visa cardholder, I was told I MUST pay with the Disney Visa to order the tickets early.

That's too bad! The CM I talked to (I called the tour line) let me pay with a different credit card and just told me I had to show the Disney visa when I entered the party.

It says you can purchase AFTER your visit! If I'm understanding that correctly, that's awesome! I'm not sure my husband and I will really be into getting photos with just the two of us there... If this means we can use a photopass card and decide at the end of our trip if we want the photos or not, I love it!

Yes!

Be prepared that there might not be many PP CMs around. We've been to parties where there were lots of PP CMs and parties where there were hardly any (no explanation given about the difference). Either way, there is usually a CM (or a fellow party guest) who will take your photo with your camera or phone.

Not setting the alarm (it will be 7.00 pm here in NZ at 12.00 am PDT!), but certainly ready and waiting to purchase tickets!

I just got our tickets! The four of us are going on 10-19 and my daughter and I are going on 10-21. I'm so excited! (and I love that I paid for them with gift cards from Swagbucks!)

@DisFan84 - we got that error message last year. I believe (if I remember correctly) that the email didn't end up coming through for whatever reason, so we called and had the CMs send it again. I would try calling in the morning just to make sure.

I received that email when I ordered our tickets on the 21st. The confirmation email came through about 2-3 hours later, so don't worry.

Just bought my MHP ticket for 10/17!!!! 6th year in a row!!!! Something upsetting happened on the phone with the CM, though. I mentioned I had made my own costume and she said something about "bounding" (Disneybounding). She was sounding kind of wishy-washy about what the rules are and making it sound as if there was a different costume policy than the one that is posted right on the Disney website! Like she was suggesting I Disneybound rather than wear the garb I spent five weeks and over $150 sewing (and it's super-cute too...look for Steampunk Mary Poppins if you're there on 10/17!).

I'll definitely keep an eye open for you! I'm dying to see that costume, it sounds awesome!
