halloween

my family are staying at the all star movies in october and are intrested in going to mickey halloween party we have pre purchased 14day tickets to the parks do we need a seperate ticket to go to the halloween party and if so when and where can i get them from . Does any one know if halloween night is really busy as we would prefeer to go then as it is my husbands birthday but if it is really bad we will go on another night . Any info would be great

I did the Christmas Party last year (MVMCP) which works the same way.

Yes, Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a separate ticketed event so you will need to buy an "extra" to your 14 day ticket.

I can't remember exactly when they went on sale last year - I'm guessing April / May?? There was a number to call to get the tickets, and they arrived about ten days later by DHL.

I've never been to the party myself but I beleive that Hallowe'en night is the most busy - but I don't know if it's unbearable-busy or just busy-busy. They do limit the number of tickets sold so it should not be absolutely heaving hopefully!

I would love to go to this, it is supposed to be a fantastic experience.

I am sure we bought our tickets around about May time...

You will have a fantastic time whichever date you decide to go. If my memory serves me correctly I am sure the weekends are the busiest time to go and the 31st actually sells out the fastest.
We went midweek and it wasn't too bad.

We went to this 2 years back, it was fantastic to see all the people all dressed up for the occassion, in fact if you wasn't in a fancy dress costume you were the odd ones out (luckily for me I managed to persuade everyone in our group to dress up), we managed to get a meal as well in one of the restaurants MK (can't remember which one) but plenty of characters came round for piccies, my 2 DS loved it, even though the youngest was only 2 at the time and after a while it came too overbearing for him, the other DS loved it he was 9 at the time, a whole load of goody bags were given out with little treats, I must say though when we went it was absolutely packed, not much fun with a buggy, and you definately need eyes in the back of your head with kids etc just roaming off as something else catches their eye every 5 mins, good luck if you do go but do be prepared to queue.

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a definite must do - we went last year and will be going this October too. I'm sure we ordered our tickets around end of April/beg of May, and we were able to book our PS for the Liberty Tree Tavern too. It's a fun night - loads of people dress up, there are trick or treat stands so you can pick up sweets, the halloween parade, a special Wishes etc etc. You definitely need a separate ticket - once you use this ticket to get in, your issued with wristbands.

We went last year on the 31st,it was a blast we had a great time,yes it was a sell out,but it wasnt packed they only sell so many tickets per party.
They came on sale last year on the 2nd-3rd May,the 31st sold out in Aug and i think the one before the 31st sold out soon after as well.
You can also arrive at the part early,they let you in with a MNSSHP ticket at 4pm without any other pass so it really is worth it.
We got on all of our fav attractions before the party started.
