Halloween

I'm so happy about Halloween this year for some reason. I'm begging my dad to give me decorations to put up. This year I might only Trick Or Treat around the block or something, but then I'm going to do some things around the house. I might lay in the yard and act like a ghost or something I love to joke often. Of course I'm going to get as much candy as I'm going to get The thing is, I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to be this year....mmmm...any costume ideas?

hmm, depends on what you like. well... what do you like? lol i can help maybe sorta... o_x maybe something extremley creative that no one else is being... got any favorite characters or peoples from movies?

You can always take a trip to the party store and get ideas... Also, you'd be suprised at how many costumes you can find online surfing! I've found that if you type in "Halloween Costumes" in E-bay they give you TONS of stuff! Also, Fabric store will often have costume patterns - they're usually pretty simple!

See, i loooove Tinkerbell (As well as My Princess Aurora!) so i looked @ the Tinkerbell costumes and they all seemed so cheap and cheesy... So, i went to my fabric store and found the dress pattern of a simple dress, i bought this amazing green fabric, and i made the dress myself! I bought little slippers and sewed large white pom poms to them - and as i was surfing Ebay, i found these ABSOLUTLY perfect wings!! I got them and they made my outfit complete! I looove my costume and i love how individual it is - that NO ONE else has one like it!

So, you can buy one from a party store of online, or you can take my lead an make your own outfit!! Be creative, have fun with it!

That's great that you made your own costume! My friends and I are colaborating on my costume, since some of the details will be difficult to make, either that or I'll have to buy some stuff off of Ebay. I'm going to be Chi from Chobits, an anime.

nice costume idea Tink, chobits rock! im being halloween town sora from kingdom hearts a disney and squaresoft video game... your costume sounds awesome Princess! too bad i cant see them ;_; ah well. just keep trying Jennifer!! theres gotta be something that sparks your interest!

woah thats so awsome that u made ur own tinkerbell costume...so well if anyone has seen rocky horror picture show i wanna be someone from that movie dont care who um just not one of the guys but i have no idea how i could get the costume or make it for that matter any help anyone please

Hey HeartlessRiku~ Awesome costume idea! That'll look great! By the way, nice Inu Yasha pic. Last year my friend(who's helping me w/my costume) was Inu Yasha. She's great with a sewing machine, and all tolled, the costume only cost her $10 to make. This year she's making a Captain Jack Sparrow costume! Funny thing is, one of my friends looks just like Vash from Trigun so we're making up a costume. If you can't tell, my friends and I are really into anime, heck, we just started our own Anime and Japanese Culture Club at our school(I'm VP ). My boyfriend will probably be Hideki and another one of my friends will be Minoru!!
It'll be sooo much fun this year! I hope everyone comes up with good costumes! Don't lose hope Jennifer!! If you don't want to be a specific chara from anything or a traditional witch,etc., design your own costume! I've designed a persocom so maybe one of my friends and I could make it next year. Creativity is your best bet, go for it!!

Capn~ I was thinking about being someone from Rocky Horror as well, but alas, I decided against it(I came up w/a better idea ). A fun person would be Magenta. She also seems fairly easy, you would probably need just a maid costume and then frizz the heck out of your hair, while also using a temporary magenta dye to give you the right look. awesome!! we (meaning about me and about 12 of my friends) are going to JACON in orlando fl in may and we're doing an inuyasha group and just guess who gets to where the ears! *waves had* ME ME!! hehe my friend is bein a Vashette, so any Inuyasha/Vash coat ideas? tips, hints, pointless reminders? ANYTHING?!? we are amatures with a sewing needle, my poor riku shirt shall pay the price for that one ahehee *blush blush* haha i dunno about my sora outfit *pout* i hope it turns out okay i'll post pics when i get um!

I was thinking of being Galadriel or Arwen from Lord of the Rings. I found some really good sites aon how to make the costumes. But two of my friends and I were thinking of Going as Charlie's Angels cuz I have the copper-red hair, my other friend is blond and my other friend has black hair and it's funny cuz ppl in school call us the Charlie's Angels of ISP
