On Halloween, other than Mickey not so scary party, do the other parks or resorts do anything for Halloween? If so, does anyone know which parks and resorts, and what they do?
Thanks.:)

We were at VWL one Halloween ( '07), and they had a "decorate your trick treat bag" for the kids and the kids were in a parade around 4-5 PM. Later that night, we went to DTD for their party and trick or treating, and also to the boardwalk where there was a DJ and a party.

At VWL and BWV the CM's had a pumpkin decorating contests and the pumpkins were on display.

DTD also had trick or treating on the 30th.

SSR had a pumpkin carving contest last year. I think they also did some trick or treating. I believe DTD also has trick or treating.

Reservations are now being taken 90 days in advance for "haunted" carriage rides through the woods of Fort Wilderness and along the shore of Bay Lake. During the 25-minute ride you will experience the "Legend of Sleepy Hollow" as told by your driver. Rides will be offered October 2 through November 1, and will depart every half hour between 7:30 and 10 p.m. from in front of Crockett's Tavern at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Each carriage holds up to four adults or two adults and three small children. Rides cost $60. Call 407-WDW-PLAY (939-7529) to book.

Thank you for the responses. I was thinking of flying in a day earlier. Just have to convince my kids there will be fun halloween things to do at Disney.

Is that $60 per carriage or per person?

They wre booked when I called so I did not ask but considering MNSSHP is $60 per person and lunch with the imagineers is $75 per person, I cannot imagine disney giving anyone a group rate of $60. I'm sure it is per person. If you go to Disney you cannot concern yourself with money.

My family did this last year and it is per carriage, not per person. It was alot of fun!
