Will they start releasing Halloween items at the beginning of Oct? As this will be my first VMK Halloween I don't have anything to decorate with yet, but I would love to visit Halloween Town, sounds like so much fun

I sure hope they start early in the month. We have a ways to go but this will give ppl plenty of heads up to start collecting what is needed for the rooms.

Hi everyone.
Keep an eye for Scooterjake or myself to start another post in a week or to. Until then get your Halloween wheels in motion. One problem we ran in to last year. Some kept putting their rooms on friends only. As you can imagine that caused some trick or treat confustion. So this year we are going to have a central hub with all the coffin teleporters. That way if a room gets locked for some reason, no biggie.

Just remember the key to this design is that everyone use HALLOWEEN TOWN in their title. I know it doesnt give you much room but its how we can connect us all. Sure would be great if someone gets best guest out of this

Yes last year they started selling halloween items the beginning of October. You can make the basic room design a while and add halloween items as they come out. We really did have a lot of fun with it last year and with all the people wanting to join this year it looks like it could be double or triple the fun.

The idea for this years Halloween Town is for us to have one (maybe two) main teleporter rooms with a coffin teleporter to each persons room. Last year we had them linked like a chain and it was difficult getting all the rooms linked bc we had to coordinate all the people trading teleporters with each other ( or with me carrying several teleporters from different people and trying to remember whose I was supposed to give to who) and it really took a long time to get them all linked. This year we thought we would try it this way to make it easier to have them all connected. So to answer your question Pirate your coffin teleporter should go from our teleporter room to your Halloween Town room.

Im sure Scooterjake, Sweetjaydgrl and myself could use a few more hands. Jake will probably coordinate the teleporters again this year.
I would like to keep this between just dis ppl and one room per person if posslble. Then I would like to make a list of all the ppl who are participating AND maybe get each entry to cast a vote. Im going to donate perhaps like a 5 star magic of some sort, and maybe others will wanna donate something simple to award a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Just a thought tho. But I'd be glad for some input from everyone.
Maybe we can all man our rooms when we have our grand opening and everyone dress up for halloween.

Anyone up for that?
