Does Seaworld do a kids Halloween party like WDW.

No. Sea World's Halloween activites are included in the price of regular admission. During the weekends in October they have trick or treat stations set up and lots of walk around "characters".

You said weekends, but do they do activities the week of halloween. We are giong Monday before Halloween. Anything special we should know about?

Last year they had the Trick or Treat stations on Halloween (which I think was a Wednesday). But all the Halloween activites were pretty much on the weekends.
