Halloween pins question?

If I look on odpt.com I see some of the pins for the Halloween party but why are they all being released on the same day? I thought every party got a new pin?

WDW used to issue a pin a night for both the Halloween Party and Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. So the only way to get a complete collection was to a) buy the framed set, b) attend every party, or c) trade. I really liked the 2002 framed set since the pins were on a background of a wreath. Then they just slapped them into a frame with nothing in the background. I believe last year was when they started the "you can buy all the pins at any party" policy.
