Almost all of them will be open, and almost all of them will see minimal waits.

Yes. There are plenty of things going on. The Haunted House, Tea Cups, and other rides. There's a parade where the headless horseman rides a horse through the parade route, weather permitting. Special shows with only villains at the castle. Characters are out giving autographs and taking pics. Try to Google "rides MNSSHP". Hope you find them! and, by all means, dress up if you go. Fun night. And candy, too!

Dare I ask, can you sign up for FP+ during the party using your MNSSHP tickets?
