Halloween Party

My mind has drawn a blank. In order to get the Annual Pass discount for Mickey's Halloween party's tickets, do I have to order on line or can I purchase them at the park? I may not know when or who is going until close to the last minute.

With APs you can order at the AP website, in person and even over the phone but with over the phone ordering, you will have to pick them up at Will Call at WDW and show your AP.
