I was planning on attending the 9/30 party, but as most of you know it is sold out. Is there anyway they release more tickets at the door?

It's possible because it's has happened in the past. But it would not be something to count on. Disney is aware of the demand for the party and may of sold enough tickets to match the demand beforehand.
