Halloween party, anyone? *UPDATED with names/dates!

I'll be going to the Oct. 19th party . Of COURSE I have to dress up, but I'm not sure at this point what I'm going to wear. I'm thinking of going as a TOT bellhop but I want to keep it simple, packable in a carryon, and easy to wear on rides.

I thought about just wearing my TOT bathrobe w/pjs and putting white makeup on my face. I don't think I've seen a dead Hollywood Tower Hotel guest costume before

We'll be going on the 29th. We haven't quite decided on what we'll wear but we have two ideas:

Idea 1: Marathon runners. Workout pants and jackets, numbers pinned to our shirts, athletic tape in random spots, hats or visors, tennis shoes, and medals.

Idea 2: Tourists. Crocs, khaki bermuda shorts, matching hawaiian shirts (unbuttoned) with matching "Smith Family Vacation 2011!!" shirts. We'd also walk around with maps or disposable cameras in our hands

We are going (husband and I), just booked today and I sooooo excited.

Thinking about costumes now. I was going to wear a sorceress costume but I am thinking now that we might be pirates aaargh!

For the Oct 5th MHP party I will be attending, I'm wearing white jeans, Canucks Jersey, Canucks Hat and matching earrings, and will be going as a Canucks hockey fan. For the Oct 8th MHP party I will be attending I'm wearing blue jeans, a Hockey Night in Canada Jersey, and matching it with the Canucks hat and earrings, and going as a Canadian Hockey fan. Fairly simple, but comfortable and easy to pack for my flight to LA.

On Oct 1st for MHP, I haven't decided for my costume, but my DC will be dressing up as a witch.

I want to dress up but DS doesn't want to wear a costume so we're just doing Halloween shirts and whatever cute accessories I can find.

My son is going to be Peter Pan (homemade super wonderful costume ), and he's demanded that mommy dress as Tinkerbell.

My daughter--yes, daughter--is going to dress as "Woody" for Halloween. I bought our other daughter, she's only 11 months, a Halloween shirt and leggings and will make a matching tutu for her to wear. Then again, I may dress her up in her Minnie Mouse dress or in her Yankees cheerleading uniform. As for the rest of our group--self, husband, and totally awesome mother-in-law--we'll just go as we are. However, I did see a funny T-shirt that said "Due to the economy this is my Halloween costume." I'd love to wear that just because it makes me laugh. In the end, I'll end up in a black T-shirt with some fun Halloween jewelry.

With that being said, I can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with.

Going Oct 1st with my roommate and we are going as 20's style gangsters. We just had an EPIC roaring 20's party on saturday night and we decided to reuse our costumes.

Going the 1st and I am dressing up as Tiger Lilly, DH is going as a Jedi, sister is dressing up as Snow White, nephew is Buzz, and the other nephew is being a party pooper along with my mother and step dad ( But I plan on having fun and enjoying the trick or treating... any excuse to act like a kid and I am there!!

10/15, I'll be wearing a slightly altered Belle (blue/village dress) costume my mom made me at least 15 years (!!!) ago. Wow; I feel old. You'll know me because I'll have Chip either on my shoulder or otherwise around.

We'll be working on my mom's Feather Duster costume this weekend or next....

We'll be at the party on the 31st. Can't decide on costume. We will be an all adult group of 4 but I seem to the only one interested in dressing up. I'm deciding between Jasmine, Esmeralda, Pocohontas, Tiger Lilly, or a Pirate Wench. lol.

We are going on the 19th, and not doing costumes? I have too much stuff to put into a suitcase for the 9 days we are there to put in a costume too. We are just looking forward to experiencing Halloween at DL for the first time.
