Hi! We're sailing on the Wonder out of San Diego to the Mexica Riviera (09/24) for 7 nights. It's a "Halloween on the High Seas" cruise. I was curious if there is a Pirate night in addition to the "Mickey's Masquerade" night and if so, do people tend to wear Pirate costumes both nights for packing purposes?? Thanks!

We are going on 9/17 but what I have read is that there both. We were only planing on dressing up the kids twice and is only on pirate night. Never even thought about wearing it twice that is a good idea.

When we sailed on the Magic for Halloween in 2015 we indeed had both a Halloween night and a Pirate night. This was also the case for sailings in 2016, from what I've seen in Navigators and here. I would imagine 2017 will continue with that. Once your booking window opens online, you'll be able to see the Pirate activities there to confirm.

We also did different costumes for each day but I deinitely saw some repeat pirates and thought nothing of it.

We sailed in 2015 on the Dream and they had 2 different nights for the Mousequerade and Pirates night.

We did different costumes for eastbound Panama in 2015.My husband said it was cheating to use pirate attire for HALLOWEEN even though I love my pirate costume. It made it tough to fit both in luggage for a 14 day cruise but, we did it(including the parrot head umbrella and chimney sweep brush)
