Halloween Horror Nights 18

Seeing as the teaser site is now up, I figures it's time to start a thread sharing news and gossip around this years HHN event.

The only real update to the website is in the Behind The Screams section, where there are a set of drawers which, when opened, reveal past HHN's. It's really interesting actually, they have the park maps from each year featured, as well as various images from the previous years, although weirdly 2007 and 2008 are missing.

Hopefully soon more will be revealed about this year.

Screamscape reveals a list of house names put forward when applying for construction rights (or something like that) and their locations:

Creatures – SS#22
The Hallow – Sprung One Building
Dead Exposure – Sprung Two Building
Scary Tales – Parade Building
Body Collectors – SS#20
Interstellar Terror – SS#20
Doomsday House – Disaster Queue
Bloody Mary House – Jaws Queue

There's also some leaked concept art on there for two of the houses:

I'm pretty sure the list of houses above is true but the big thing where they state that it will all be held in universal studios is completely false...
because if anyone took time to view operating hours you would have seen that halloween horror nights starts at 6:30 every night and the if you viewed the operating hours of the parks you would see universal closes at 7:00
where as Islands of adventure closes at 5:30 giving it time to prepare for HHN 18


SO HHN IS GOING TO BE IN ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE

ioa closes later.

Mason, you posted before how you went with your cousin to work on the sets.
If you had, then you would have known that HHN is at the studio side again this year.

IOA just doesn't have the room to hold HHN with all the houses and keep the foot traffic flowing smoothly.

Raven is correct, Mason. You must've been misinformed. HHN 18 will be held at Universal Studios Florida this year. It will not return to IOA. Anyways, if your "cousin" took you backstage, they could be fired.

No HHN for IOA for a LONG time...mainly due to the construction I would imagine.

I heard that it was because of the construction, that HHN was going to be at IOA. HHN guests would be required to walk across the hogwarts construction girders with only a net for safety. On the busiest HHN nights, the net would be removed to thin out the crowd!

At least that's what a friend's uncle's manager's niece's boyfriend's parent's friend told me!

i miss read the schedule and all i really did with my cousin was see how he works and he told me all the things i need to study and then after he gave me a few hints. but the website was updated and there is a quote "the doctor should be opaque to his patients and like a mirror should show them nothing but what is shown to him" im not sure what it means but if you have any idea please reply!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
