We are thinking about going to HHH this year for the first time. However, I have no experience of how crowded it will be/typical wait times etc? We would be going on the Thursday before Halloween. Is it worth it to buy the Fast pass or is it not needed during the week?
Thanks
Debs

The Thu/Fri before Halloween will be crazy busy. Wait times for the mazes/houses are typically 90min and up during most of the evening. The Front of the Line (FOL) passes often sell out before the event day.

I've done FOL passes previously and it's the way to go, especially if you want to see everything. Made sure I got them for this years event when I booked a couple weeks ago. Sometimes we try to hit what we think will be the most popular maze first, and then use the FOL pass later to re-visit.

I'll be there in 10 days, our 1st HHN @ USH. Did buy the FOTL tix, had thought it was unlimited.o_O Are you saying it's once per maze?

care to share your thoughts on this year's most busy maze? Had thought Halloween. If Crimson Peak as good as I've heard, could be the sleeper!

Yes, the FOL pass is good once per attraction. The most selfish, greedy move Universal has made.

Walking Dead was the most busy maze the first weekend but the word is out so CP will be crazy busy in the weeks to come. Early entry is a MUST.

wow, 1 per? then it should rightly be called Express Pass vs FOTL imo.

Any thoughts on saving the purge tram for later in evening? If so, how late, don't want to miss it. we'll be next Friday. I'm really not grasping the idea of the tram.:guilty: Appears you ride it down the hill, get dropped off, get chased around by scaries...which is a very good thing:teeth:. How much walking & what area do you actually explore? Will we be able to get a pic w/the psycho house? fingers' are crossed, say yes lol.

OP apologies for horning in here, but not much info out there and StageTek seems to be a great source to help us noobs:yay:

There is quite a bit of walking. You start near the “WhoVille” set
and walk around the corner past the Bates Motel. There are a couple
of mini-mazes and you walk through the War of the Worlds set.

And yes, you walk past the Psycho house.
