Halloween Festivities?

Good Morning-

I recently read a TR that mentioned Halloween On The High Seas festivities during an early September cruise. We are on the Oct 1 Western Caribbean, but I didn't see any mention of Halloween "anything" on board. Do they do it on all fall sailings? It's fine by me either way, but I'm curious. When we did MR in Oct 2011, I don't recall any Halloween stuff at all.

You will most likely have Halloween festivities on board but Disney doesn't won't announcee official dates until several months before. (I just looked back and it appears that in early May they announced which dates would be Halloween sailings.) The last couple of years Halloween has been greatly expanded, which is probably why you didn't notice anything in 2011.
