Halloween Decor: Which Type Are You

I have no problem watching scary/gory horror movies and the like during Spooky Season, but I don't decorate like that. Everything is cute Disney, ghosts, jack o lanterns, sweet little black kitties type of stuff. I don't have any interest in decorating any other way.

However, when I go to Spirit Halloween I'm always tempted to buy some of those creepy zombie babies they have every year and put them out on my lawn just to mess with my anti-Halloween neighbors.

I had a haunted garage scene at Halloween for many years, and primarily used scarier decorations.

Even though my kids are on the older side, we have started going a little bigger for Halloween, and every year I add a few more things. I just started dressing up again a few years ago, and found I kind of enjoy it! This year with it being on a Friday we'll have a little party, so there is a definite increase in our decorations.

I think it's mostly on the cuter side including some just general fall themed decorations, but lately I'm adding a few items that are more spooky. Not gory or even scary, just maybe witchy vibes (I hope). Don't have any disney themed stuff, but haunted mansion would be fun. We don't do inflatables either. It's mostly lights, porch decor, some crafts decorations the kids did when little, some themed serving dishes, Halloween dish towels, and trinkets that get put up on shelves. This year so far I've added some glowing ghosts, a spider web thing for the mantle, some black candles, a table runner. Once I get it all out I'll have to see if I want to add more.

Other - we have just general fall decorations, nothing specific for Halloweeen. We keep them up until near Thanksgiving
