Halloween Day...anything besides MNSSHP?

I was just curious. I've usually attended MNSSHP on a day other than Halloween. This year we will be going to MNSSHP on Halloween Day and I was just wondering what else going on in The World that day. Should we go to a park during the day or would it be cool to trick or treat at Downtown Disney or the Boardwalk. I'm trying to decide how many day passes we need and we wouldn't need to use one that day if we don't do anything besides MNSSHP. Thanks for any advice/info.

Hi Michele - I am Michelle too !! and going to MNSSHP on 10-31 as well !! We are just planning on sleeping in going to Downtown disney for shopping and lunch then heading to MK around 4ish .. maybe we will see you there .. make sure to have something Lime Green on !!

We will be arriving on 10/31, checking in to Pop Century for one night before checking in to GF. We will not have passes for this one day/night, but would love to take the DDs Trick or Treating at the resorts or Downtown Disney if that is available.

Anyone know?

I'll be there on 10/31 as well. I'd love to know for sure if they have trick-or-treating in DTD. This will be the kids' first Halloween away from home.

We are also going on Halloween. We check in that day and plan on going to either Spoodles or checking out the Food Festival before hitting the party. This will be our first MNSSHP and we are going without the kids. We are trying to decide if we are going to dress up or not.

We did MNSSHP on 10-30 last year and then spent 10-31 in the parks. Headed back to Y&BC in later afternoon for a bite and then took the kids over to the Boardwalk - they had a DJ, three or four craft stations, a cookie decorating station on the "Village Green" at BW, and four or five trick or treat stations on the boardwalk itself. After a good time there, we headed over to EPCOT for beaver tails and Illuminations!
