halloween cruise help

Hello all,
We booked a cruise on the Fantasy October 31th, and found out that it will be a Halloween cruise. I just read the ghost host makes announcements during the event. I have a young daughter who was petrified last year at the Not So Scary Halloween Party due to his voice. She had to leave because she was so frightened by him. How often and where can you hear his voice? Thanks.

Anywhere announcements are made. But they really aren't that often. And I found them somewhat muted.

It's the same voice that's used in Haunted Mansion in the parks. Maybe you watch some youtube videos with her to get her used to the voice?

Princess Shmoo, are you saying that ALL announcements made on board will be that voice...as in, when we hear the "When You Wish Upon a Star" tone, followed by an announcement, it won't be the cruise director, but will be the ghost host?

No, only the announcements that have to do with upcoming Halloween events onboard were done by the Ghost Host. At least that's what I remember. The "regular" announcements were done by whoever does them normally.
