DD - 4yo - LOVES Kim Possible but didn't like the costume at the Disney Store, too itchy and she didn't want the cheerleader look. We found the "agent" look costume and she was thrilled. I went to order it from the cataloge we found it in (Costume Express) and it was already sold out. Then I decided to Google it and I tell you, this must be "THE" costume this year! I finally found it but most places are sold out. So, if your DD wants to be KP, then hop to it!

So what are your kids going to be this year?

DS wants to be either Superman or Carolina Panthers football player.

DD can still wear her Belle costume from last year, she wants to be Belle, Cinderella or Jasmine.

Matt is going to be Shang. He can't wait until he gets to surprise Mulan next month at Walt Disney World:D

My son (5) is going to be an airforce pilot and my daughter (13 months) is going to be an Eagles Cheerleader, complete with pop poms. :Pinkbounc

Shelby::MinnieMo

My daughter is going to be Jo-Jo (from Jo-Jo's Circus).

mrsv98 - I saw that KP costume in the Disney catalog. I didn't like it either. I don't know why Disney wouldn't do the regular KP outfit for a costume.

Mo is going to be a fairy princess (there is a floral head crown thingie and wand with it too)

E is going to be a Pirate of the Caribbean ;)

We'll have a Blue Power Ranger, a Red Power Ranger (that's what they chose to be) and then I chose Mickey for my littlest guy. He has no choice yet. :teeth: ::MickeyMo

Madison will be Pooh Bee. We got it at WDW last October when I was almost 5 months pregnant, and then I saw it $2 cheaper in the Disney catalog this year  . I know it's only $2....

My DS3 wants to be Thomas the Tank Engine, DD5 wants to be Boo from Monsters INC, but I cant find a costume anywhere. They are going for between $60-$100 on E-bay......So I have to make it  . My DH and DD5 call each other Little Boo and Big Sully, so my DD wants DH to be Sully. I have to make that one too. My DH is not one to dress up (think macho man), but for DD he's going to do it. My oldest DD8 wants to be Kim Possible too, but she wants to be the cheerleader. I dont like the Disney Store version either so thats another one I have to make.... I just hope I can get them all done in time!

My DS wants to be Mr. Potato Head from Toy Story. Anyone has any advice on how to make this costume? I can sew basic stitches but that's about it.

Well, right now it is still a toss up. My boys cannot decide. They will either be:

a) The Red Power Ranger and The Green Power Ranger

or

b) Greg, the Yellow Wiggle and Jeff, the Purple Wiggle

Either way, I see a colour theme developing! LOL.

DD is going to be Sleeping Beauty. Our Disney Store had a 25% sale on all Halloween costumes and accessories last week, so we got the costume, tiara and wand. She already had SB play shoes, so we didn't need to buy those.

Every morning I have to explain why she can't wear the costume to school.

I would suggest buying a pair of fatigues.. .Old Navy has them in the girls section... then buy a black shirt. Would work just as well! :) No Disney costumes for us this year :( Oldest DD wants to be Hermoine from Harry Potter, and my youngest DD wants to be a purple witch!

I'm hoping my 3yo will want to be a fireman again. That way we don't have to buy another costume and he can ride around on his fire jeep.

My baby (will be almost 4 mos) is going to be a chili pepper.

We are not sure, as it changes daily!
DD is thinking maybe Stephanie from lazy town, or the pink girl as she likes to call her!
DS will be some sort of super hero!!

Sage wants to be a superhero of some sort, but cant decide which one. It changes every day. Cole, well, Cole is staying with Grandma this year. Poor little guy.

Still a toss up

either Rogue from the X-Men films,Arwen from LOTR,Satine from Moulin Rouge or the TV version of Buffy(what would I need besides a stake and a cross necklace? I'm using my dvd sets for clues)
