Well from looking at cteddiesgirl pic of the brown mansion suit it is a girl wearing so I would say that maybe it is for both and maybe not but it is diffinitly for girls you would think.! ;) Since I don't have any of the mansions suits I will be happy with either and I am going to get both. :woohoo:

But I do have a question on your list? On the costumes list you lsit in the Native American the cowboy pants and boots. So when it was first relaeased was the cowboy pants part of that set? :confused3 I agree it would be funny to see alot of pantless people running around vmk. :rotfl:
I do have my complete cowboy set,... but would like to buy extra sets for trading. :woohoo: Guess we 'll just have to wait and see. Which that is coming out the second week! Still I can't wait til next week. :yay:
Well, I don't think that the cowboy pants were released with the native costume. I think that those costumes were released the same day last year. And, I'm not positive (since I wasn't here for the original release of either costume), but I believe they were both originally in the Frontierland store released at the same time for the original release the summer before last Halloween.
So, I have no idea if the pants will be released with the Native costume or not. But, I grouped the pants with it because it's the most likely item to actually go with the rest of it.

I'm buying an extra hat for quest prizes, future credits, trading etc.

I plan on getting just the new costumes and some pieces of the old I still need. It comes to a nice 4,000 for me! :)

:rotfl2: Bug.

I don't remember the yellow explorer suit being that cheap.

Yep. I still remember it seeming odd that the shorts were only 250 credits when most other costume pieces were 500. :confused3
They may be 500 this time around, though.

I remember making this list up as the costumes so I knew how much I needed and how many costumes I bought.

In fact, the order that my list is in, is the order that they came out in.

I also don't know if, they are going to keep all the costumes in the store until the end of the month like they did last year. But, if I remember correctly, all costumes came out in only a week last year.

So, it was everyday or every other day that a couple costumes came out, but the first ones you had a longer time to buy than the one's at the bottom of the list.

I know for sure that the princess costumes were 500 for the shoes, bodice, and bottom and the crown was 1000.

I can only buy 2 costumes. (If they are 2,000 for the full outfit) But I need the credits though..

I remember last H'ween, the costumes like Cowboy and such were so common. Now, they are a bit harder to find since so man VMK'ers who bought them just quit.

The release of the costumes again will balance the VMK economy and cut down on scamming for the costumes.

It's nice to see someone who has one of the costumes that's being re-released (as I can see from your signature) actually saying good things about this (and before people comment, I'm sure there have been others that I've somehow missed). I've seen so many people worry about how these re-releases are going to make their costumes worthless. It's just nice to see the opposite point of view.

Include me in that. I also have all the costumes that have been previously released except full green explorer's outfit and Sparrow.
I think it is good that things be re-released from time to time. As SilentPedro said, there are many players who have since quit.

There are always people who buy things and quit after a while without giving away their items. And then there are lots of new people all the time. :)
So it balances out the items. :)

I see the releasing of old costumes a good and bad thing. Many different points of view.

Ah heck the re-release is great for the VMK Economy. Well, evens the field. And this comes from someone who has traded A WHOLE LOT of stuff to get the costumes he has now (all but plain yellow explorer, black mansion, and stitch hat - oh and of course untradables like purple super hero and mask). I worked hard to get what I got, but it's ok. Last Halloween I bet there were costumes everywhere! But when I joined in April they were scarce. I'll get in on a New Ground Floor and come next summer all the goodies I invest in now will be nice and valuable!

Stands to reason: People will quit playing, new players will join. It'll happen. :)

why i ask why i do i only have 12 credits when some people have a million or 10000 credits and why does vmk have to punish me for not collecting credits and spending my vmk time hanging out with friends Oh Why and then when i ask for something and tell the truth poof somebody makes fun of me and i walk out empty handed

btw please this is a true story it happened a lot of times before i did dis

Here's a question. For each week of scheduled costumes, will they release them all for the entire week or perhaps one costume a day? I think the one costume a day would be a fabulous idea to create more rarity later on down the road.

Knowing VMK it's probibly one costume a day released BUT they will be there until the week of the next costumes OR they will be there until the end of the month.

This presents the problem with, like you said, making them rare. Rare items can KILL the economy due to to the lack of them, and their high price. People could get rich with no effort at all, and this leaves the less wealthy players without costumes. I respect your opinon but I strongly disagree with you.

Okay, I was referring to releasing one a day and then retiring it the next day to replace it with another. I hope they at least only leave them on the shelves for that week.

On the flipside, I'm not one of the super experienced players with costumes but it seems that vmk desperately needs to increase its inventory of items that are released and then quickly retired so some of us newer folks have some kind of trading clout.

I knew exactly what you were referring to, and that is why I disagree. What about kids who can't access a PC for that ONE day they wanted a specific costume? It's just a recipe for disaster.

Exactly. I agree with SilentPedro. There are some days when my mom is home and not at work and she doesn't let me use the computer but I plan on getting every costume and would be very dissapointed if that was the case. Besides, there are only three or four costumes for a whole week and there are seven days in a week. What would they do with the rest of the days?
