Halloween costume ideas... I know a little early....

Hi all. My hubby and I are taking his Mom to Disney at the end of September, and we want to go to the Not So Scary Halloween Party....as villians. My husband is going as Jafar, My mother-in-law will be Cruella DeVille, and I want to go as Ursula (My fav villian) Does anyone have any costume suggestions for the tentacles...I want them to look pretty realistic, without being too cumbersome. Any suggestions??

Could you applique the design onto the skirt of the outfit? You don't want to have trouble walking around or getting off and on rides.
