Halloween - can I avoid extras?

Hello!

I'm going to IoA Orlando the end of October with my 5 year old son. I'd love to spend some time there, but I'm concerned about the Nights of Horror stuff going on.

Will this interfere with normal operation of things during the day? Will anything be shut down?

Will there be much larger crowds during the day?

I'd like to visit IOA as if nothing particular was going on.

Nothing to major should be going on. Maybe a prop here and there, or a smaller attraction shut down for a haunted maze(maybe Triceritops Encounter for example if a maze ends up there). Also, the hours are cut short for HHN preperation.
