Halloween at Disneyland

How is Halloween at Disneyland? I have never been there that time of year. We are going Oct30th thru Nov3 and are hoping to miss some of the crowds. I have a four year old who loves the BTMRR and halloween so it should be great, but are the parks decked out for the holiday?

We are going to be at the GC Oct. 31- Nov. 4th.

The above says you can get Mickey's Halloween Treat tickets from your travel agent, you can also get them online on the Disney site. We are going to MHT on Halloween.
