Halloween activites on the Boardwalk

Our first stay at the Boardwalk will be in the end of Oct and I recently read that there are acitivites that go on for kids along the Boardwalk over Halloween. Anyone know any specifics?

Over the past 3/4 years they have had a Halloween Party ( DJ, dance contest, cookie decortating, pumpkin decorating, etc.) on Oct 31. They don't advertise it in advance and if you ask they will say they aren't sure. Which is actually the truth because for the past 2 years they have been unsure whether to throw the party or not. We have been in contact with the director of Recreation at the BW for a couple of years and it is always on the verg of being axed....

But if they do it it is a fun party..

Where do they have this? Right on the Boardwalk? Is it only for kids and their parents?

We (DH & I) will be arriving, late afternoon, on Halloween. We don't plan on going to any parks (except for dinner at Epcot). This sounds like fun.
