Has the Hall of Presidents opened back up yet? If not, is there any date on when?

Reopening date undecided, it seems. (Scroll to the "closed for refurbishment" section below Magic Kingdom.)

Not sure how often this is updated, but I know they said Splash will be closed until Nov 16. If you look here,

then it shows Splash is no longer being refurbished beginning on the 17th. Select any days before that (example) and it is still scheduled for refurb. So it seems there is some accuracy to the calendar.

So I'd think the date is not firm and they're just keeping it scheduled as "closed for refurbishment" indefinitely, for the time being.
