Disney hasn't provided anything other "later in 2025".

Disney has not announced a date.
From looking at the calendar that goes through August 22nd as of today its still on the closed list.
That could always change though.
I've been holding out hope that TT may reopen for my August trip so I keep a close eye on the calendar on the app to see if its still on the closed list for my dates.
