It had tons of energy and flash. Made ya want to get up and dance.

A lot of people here were a bit upset by the choice of entertainers. We have plenty of homegrown talent here to choose from (a little band by the name of ZZ Top comes to mind).

At least one of our own got to do the National Anthem. That was one of the best renditions I've ever heard.

I saw it as did my 6 year old DS and 10 year old DD.
Thankfully, it was so fast they really didn't realize what it was.
DH and I just kind of looked at each other in shock!

Have to say it was the worst halftime show I ever saw.
And I really like Janet Jackson!

Um, I didn't thnk it looked too planned, and they cut away from them AWFULLY fast.

Someone at our house tonight called her mom, who was taping it, and she played it back -- said Janet was reaching for cover FAST as the camera cuts away.

We, including my 11 yo DS, were sitting there with our mouths hanging open. All except for DH, who had stepped out of the room!
