Half Marathon Weekend..

Half Marathon Weekend – September 4-6, 2009.

Has anyone been in the parks when this is taking place? What it is...exactly? Do they run in the park? I know...probably a stupid question, but I've never been at DL when this is going on. Are the crowd levels horrible?

Don't worry, it's not a stupid question. Runners do run through the parks, but it's before the park opens, so there's no fear of being runned over. As for park crowds, to me, it's just like a regular weekend. Some ppl leave after the 5k or half marathon, so there are still a lot of ppl in the parks, but it's not very overcrowded.
