half day at universal

had planned on going dec 4-5. however, now i won't be able to get there until 1pm on the 4th(sunday). it closes at 8. is it worth getting the express pass for that day or will the crowds be low enough to do without it

Are you planning on doing Park to Park so you can do both IOA and USO? If so then I would strongly recommend Express Pass so you can maximize the amount of attractions you do in such a short period of time.

Is it your first visit to USO? You could save your money on EP that first day by doing as many of the shorter lines while learning the lay of the land. Then if doing EP the next day, you can be most effective with your plan.
