Half Board Plus Meal Plan Help

1. Please forgive me, as I'm in the very beginning stages of planning our dining options for our trip in March. We have a Half Board Plus meal plan. Looking at menu posted on Disney's website, it looks like my dinner choices at Chez Remy is either a steak, cod, or a veggie dish. Are you really limited to just 3 choices if you don't want to pay an upgrade cost?

2. Can my daughter, who is 12, order from a kids meal at any of the restaurants even though she has an adult dining plan?

Chez Remy has a very limited menu with 2 set priced menus (no a la carte unless its changed ) so yes those are the choices.
