just stirring the pot a bit.Since I plan on taking Thursday February 14, off to prepare a nice dinner for my honey,
I wonder if I could kill 2 birds with one stone. Rather than having an hour on the treadmill, could we swap some other form of activity for that night? You know (wink wink)
something that would be .oh never mind, I think Ill just skip that night and have an off night .

!!!! That was so cute Denise, and you know, you bring up a good point! That "other form of activity" certainly is a cardio and/or fat-burning process; however, I never kiss and tell

You just take care of yourself because we all want you to be healthy & happy! In the meantime, you can keep busy running around to all the other team threads and offering your special brand of encouragement! That'll work up a sweat.
I'm not giving up, though, because I know my body will just HAVE to give up some of this fat pretty soon! LOL! I'd really like to lose 10 pounds before the OKC half at the end of April. I really don't want my knees and hips to carry those extra pounds all those miles!
