Good morning everyone! It's a really cold morning like Sue said ... - 20C or -2F! Brr! DF drove me downtown this morning. I'm so glad he did because I wasn't looking forward to taking the bus. He even brought breakfast too!! Yay!!
Lynn - I was going to say that based on your description, it sounds more like you're the leader rather than the assistant leader.
for your knee! I'm glad you have nice weather that lets you exercise outdoors!
Sue - I saw the weather report in the elevator this morning. Calgary has a high of 10C. Shouldn't they have our -20C?
Denise - Stay warm! I've been reworn a couple sweaters. I think everyone is too cold to notice. A trip to WDW in March sounds nice (and warm)!
Eva, Margie and everyone else -

Eva, Margie and everyone else -

for encouraging each other to be the Best We Can Be!
Warmer weather is coming - now I know you are happy that you have a gym available to keep you on 'Track'.

We have mini TV screens in the elevators in our building. They're most there for ads but they do have news, weather, traffic, stock quotes etc. I work in a 45 storey building so even though I'm not in the top floor, I do spend a minute or so going up and down. Quite a few of the buildings in our area have them so I always assume everyone has them
Captain of this ship! I am 52 years old and did my first race at the tender age of 49 years and 9 months. I had to get one in before 50! And I just made it. I am married and have two grown and married children, four grandchildren. I also have two 20 gallon aquariums and 2 cats, who have amazing personalities and love to hang over my left shoulder. Which by the way, was the one I had rotator cuff surgery on in September. I thought that the cats might move out there for awhile, but they just waited patiently and kept making me feed them until they could sit on that shouler, again.
which means I'll be working out on Sunday
which I don't like to do. We try not to do anything on Sundays, that is our rest day, from everything, and it is our family day, plus we go to Church.
. Where did the time go? We are a fabulously nerdy family in that all our names begin with J and I share a birthday month with our first son, and my husband shares a birthday month with the baby son.
JPFamilyMom - do you want us to call you J?
) Maybe we could help each other out handling the difficulties that come with both the blessings and the burdens of special needs children? If you ever need a friend that you have never met
, I'll be here.
