Every princess needs a man at arms, no?

You guys are just going to have to work quadruple duty, I guess.
Good Morning, Team!
Saylan-Roasted Goat Cheese?
I have the pocket ID for the shoe and it just attaches to the shoe laces.
I like it. It is small but carries, ID key, and a little cash.
Okay - I have to ask, "Why was your Grandmother shocked by the way you look?"
Roasted Goat Cheese is amazing! It's got a light layer of crushed almonds, came with the salsa and some french baguette slices (like make your own bruschetta but a million times better!)
I saw a picture somewhere of someone using the pocket ID for a GU shot but somehow I think that's a bad idea,

. I spoke to my Mom and she liked the idea of my picking up a regular shoe ID for my father for while he's working out at the gym since he has a pre-existing condition (and being unable to speak nearly cost him his life last time).
I'm going to order mine and his together. I'm going to get the shoe pouch, but also a wrist band, anklet band and regular shoe id strip so I can just move it around as I need depending on where/how I'm training. Maybe shoe pouch for races, anklet for shorter races, and wrist for at the gym? Now to pick colours... lol Another day or two and I should be ready to order. How do you remove it from the sport wrist id? That's the only one I can't figure out how to remove it from the images.
As for my Grandmother, I have been doing personal training at my gym since June. My trainer was beyond terrible and I saw no progress. She got fired in September (right after my birthday) and I got re-assigned. My Gradmother last saw me around my birthday. My new trainer is/was great.

I wore a nice top to dinner that had no sleeves and my grandmother was shocked at my arms.

For being 90, sitting in one of the darkest restaurants ever, the fact she noticed was awesome. I'm really stoked that there's such a difference and my Grandmother was super supportive (she even squeezed my bicep).

She just didn't know if she should say something.
I wish I could list progress on the front page but I haven't really lost any weight, just traded fat for muscle.

I actually gained 20 pounds when I started training and I am almost back to my pre-training weight (3 pounds to go) so I guess you could say I lost 17 of the pounds I gained... It's really confusing, lol. I'm hoping to fo after photos soon so I can compare before and after. Maybe once I'm down in sunny Florida!
I did cross-training and a short run today. I did my standard back work-out of lat pulls, seated rows and dips/planks and then threw a 3 mile run in at the end. It was a stiff start but I'm glad I did it. Going to try and hit the shoe store this Saturday. Maybe along with shoes I'll find actualy running clothes so I can try running outside. I'm running in workout clothes right now and it's too cold for that!
I am way too chatty, omg. I apologize for my essays and essays of comments. I'm just so excited to have like-minded people to talk to who are so knowledgeable!
