Hi team! We got another dumping of snow - light but still. Enough already

I'm glad I got out for a run last night. I'm going to try going to the gym tonight but it will depend on the roads - there were lots of cars sliding around so if it's slippery, I'm going to pass.
Dave - Glad to hear things are getting back on track for you - finance and exercise wise

I hear ya on the vacation. The Disney races aren't cheap - especially when two people are racing. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you'll be able to make it!
Lynn - We have a couple of wind tunnels in the city and many times, I've opened my door into the wind - yikes! And I've also opened both doors at the same time and had the car cleaned out as well

For the bike ride, can you stop and take breaks in the middle?
Beth - I'll get you added to the calendar shortly! You're quite the racing fiend! Oh and I loved all the sketches that Burton did! Makes me wish I could draw something more than a stick figure with a happy face. Oh and the colors! Wow! I wish some of those were turned into prints.
Definitely do the Poly if you can! Staying at a monorail resort and travelling to the start of the race is sooooo convenient! You don't have to get up as early and the trains aren't packed. YC & BC are nice but my favourite is the Poly hands down!
Elizabeth - I think any kind of housework or chore counts as aerobic activity

I hear ya on the non refundable fees. I wish that Disney would have the option to transfer to another runner like other races do. Hope things go well for DH on Thursday! Sending him lots of luck, good thoughts and

Keep us posted!
Eva - I'll get you added to the race calendar as well! I really like the run/walk intervals. One day I'll be able to run a really long distance continuously but this works just as well until then. I've also found that if you're able to run each interval in the 9-10 m/m range, you don't really lose that much time.
How much weight have you lost so far? Do you want me to add it to the team page (I'm so bad at keeping track of everyone

)? If you're able to cut out refined sugars, as well as white breads, white rice and white pasta - it's a really great way to drop the pounds. The pink pants sound really cute

Do you have an Easter outfit for Gage?
AFM - I got out last night and did a 5K run. I still can't go continuously but used 10/1 intervals. I managed to get my average pace to 9:58 m/m which normally isn't a big deal for me but it's my first fast run (though not completely pain free). I even got in one interval at just over 9 m/m. Stupid Run Keeper didn't record all the miles so my average pace worked out to 10:27 m/m or something like that. Grrr!!
Hope things are well with everyone!
