Hairy Backs....

My BIL is a hairy back.

Ewww....

Fashion, it's all about fashion.

Right now we are in an era where it's fashionable for men to look like little boys.

Personally, I think little boys should look like little boys. I'm attracted to women who prefer their men to look like men.

So then it's wrong for men to be attracted to women who look young enough to be their daughters? Are you attracted to women who look like women or twenty year olds?

Men who look like boys give me the creeps personally. I could never be attracted to a man who didn't have chest hair. Back hair, as long as it's SOFT, is OK. When DH started growing serious back hair (not like the pics above though:scared1:) he tried shaving it, it made him all stubbly and rough. I'd rather deal with the baby soft back hair, it's kind of cuddly:laughing:.

I don't particularly like it but I wouldn't say it would be a deal breaker for me. Bad teeth would be though.

I have a hairy back (and front!), it is not apelike like the photos, but it is pretty hairy. I shaved it and trimmed my chest hair a few years ago before going to WDW so I could go shirtless at the pool. i have gotten so self conscience about it in previous trips that I had been wearing t-shirts in the pool(all the previous ewwwwww posts should tell you why). But my chest and back itched the entire trip, so I've haven't done that since. Fortunately my wife loves me for me and the back hair doesn't bother her. I'm bald as well, I can grow hair everywhere except the top of my head.

OT but when did it become so common for women to shaving their..umm..you know... their down there hair?

NASTY!!!

The wife should take it upon herself to groom her husband if he cant/wont do it himself.

I wouldnt shave it with a razor. There are clippers that just trim, that would work for your chest.

First off have your wife do your back and you might want to consider using the women's shower gel. It's a bit softer for the body where as the men's stuff is just for the face. I dont know this for sure though. It just feels like the women's get is thinker that the cream.

Hairy backs are gross, especially when they look like a shirt. I'm not a fan of hairy chests either though. I think it comes from living in NJ and seeing one too many man with the shirt unbuttoned down to their belly button and the gold chains sitting in all that fur.
This is much more attractive ;)

Stop posting my picture!!

Hmm... are we talking about "looks like a sweater" back hair or just a little fuzzy? DH is a little fuzzy and it doesn't bother me - it's kinda patchy. If he had a sweater on underneath his shirt...well that's pretty gross.

Did you wake up today and decide you wanted points:rotfl:

My husband always wears a t-shirt if he's in a swim suit. I really don't mind the backhair now.

:thumbsup2

It really skeeves me out :scared: If I am at a waterpark and there is someone like that picture in front of me I actually have to go to another area. Sad I know but true. DH always watches me for my reaction if he sees it 1st. I don't mind some hair, just not the amount on those pictures :scared1: And I cannot imagine the drain in their showers  :scared:

I agree- It actually makes me gag when I see guys with hairy backs-to me that is just majorly gross. My friends mother in law tells how she has to vacuum the bed in the morning because her husband has so much back hair he sheds all over the bed- I would just vomit!! You can go for laser hair removal and get that taken care of!

A little manscaping goes a long way ! But, back hair isn't nearly as bad as a unibrow or an ear garden.....I have a hard time speaking professionally with men like that !

Nothing screams "drive by waxing!!" like a hairy man on the beach!!

I love hairy men. DF is pretty hairy-legs, tummy, back, no chest (thank goodness), and some other areas that will go un-mentioned. :thumbsup2

So, I totally don't mind hairy backs!

Your opinions?

Just reading the title makes me wince....lol
I cant' STAND a hairy back... I know there may be some strands or somethin (talkin guys ONLY here...lol) but...I dated a guy once....and then after awhile he took off his shirt.. OMG... I was sitting next to the brother of an Ape... needless to say...we stopped dating shortly after... Sounds harsh and uppity, but...sorry, can't do it... :snooty:

OK...to me...there is nothing sexier than a hairy chest:banana: It's just so masculine and sexy to me...unfortuantely, hairy chests usually go hand and hand with hairy backs. I can deal with that if I love the man it's on:banana: I would prefer no hair on the back and I'm glad I haven't had to deal with it:banana:
