I'm gonna go out on a limb and bet they don't have diffusers. I've never seen one in a hotel. Sally has silicone collapsible ones that don't take up nearly as much space or weight in a bag.

They are regular, hand-held dryers. Don't know about the diffuser.

Here now, no diffusers but dryer has decent power with varied controls.
