My hair isn't super long but definitely thick. DCL ships are one of the few places I do not bring a hair dryer. They work great!

Good to know as I was wondering if the hair dryers were good enough and it sounds like they get the job done so one less thing to remember to pack

I have used them and they are just fine. Plus, the dryer has to be plugged into a funky outlet, so I don't know how well a regular one from home would work.

Make sure you plug it into the correct outlet for maximum output.

My hair is long and thick and the ones on the Dream and Fantasy have worked great! I'm always in a hurry (who wants to waste cruise time doing hair)and it dries it pretty quickly.
