Hair Braiding/Wrapping at Poly and BC?

I'm sure they do as they've always had it everywhere else - anyone know how much it is? This year DD is doing it considering it instead of BBB. rincess:

There is a hair wrapping stand right by the pool at the Poly. They are there from 10 to 5 daily I believe. It is $2.50 per inch plus beads. The beads are in a box marked with the price of each.

My DD had hers in for a whole month!

BC also has hair braiding right by the pool. Probably the same price although I cannot remember.

Just wanted to clarify that there's a difference between the hair wrap and the hair braid. I'm pretty sure that you can only get the braiding done in one of the salons. The half head Island braids runs about $55 in the salon. At the wrapping kiosks, I believe they just take a few strands of hair, wrap the string around and put the bead on.

My DD had a wrap done at the BC pool about 18 months ago. DH misunderstood the pricing and I thought it was going to be about $28 plus tip. DH did not realize that they measured the hair from the top of the head, i.e. from the root. Now here's the key info: We were doing this for DD because she was planning to donate her hair to Locks of Love a month later. In order to donate, you have to have at least ten inches from where you want them to cut. Are you picturing hair below the waist???

I can't remember the exact number of inches, but I ended paying $68 including the tip. And I know DD only chose one of the standard bead sets.
