Hair advice

Well recently ive been told i look really young for my age by loads of people and its getting me down abit (but im not here to complain) anyway i will post a pic in a minute but i have 2 questions

1) how old would you say i am from my pic?

2) any advice on what i should do to look my age? im getting my hair cut this week so anything to do with my hair would be good. i dont want to wear a lot of makeup either.

I dont want to look too old or anything but ive been told i look quite a few years younger than my age and my friends look old for their age so i feel i look out of place.

You look... 15-ish to me.

I think, you MIGHT look good with blunt/straight bangs.
Maybe some blush on your cheeks.
Some brown shades on your eyes.
But you're already pretty the way you are. =)

I'd say 15-ish.

For your hair, I think you'd look fantastic with bangs. To your brows, maybe a little higher.

To look a little older, wear a little bit of eyeliner on the top of your eyes. With your coloring, I'd say use dark brown instead of black. Balance it out with brown-black mascara. Just some basic stuff will be fine; don't use the ultra-volumizing stuff, it'll be too much for your proportions. Beyond that, I don't think that you need much make-up.

thanks everyone....im 16, 17 in december. loads of people where i work and my mothers friends have said i look about 14 anyway thanks for the help and if anyone else want to help it would be great!

I think she may be able to pull off a soft honey brown.

With bangs though, I think they should be about brow length. For two reasons:

1. If she doesn't like them, she doesn't have to put up with them long, and can part them to the side.

2. Sometimes higher bangs can get messed up. If they're getting to long, you can add volume so they're not hanging in your eyes (trust me, I know).

Don't worry.
I did it even though I thought it would look awful.
I love them now.
And besides, if they do wind up bad, it's only hair, and it will grow out.

I'm 16, but im told i look about 14 sometimes even 13

the main problem with me looking younger is that in my area there are these clubs for 16-18 year olds that my friends go to..(no alcohol obviously just music ) but they are still strict on not letting anyone younger and older in, the first time i went i didnt take ID (bad idea) i wasnt allowed in so i went home next time i brought ID but all night people came up to me asking how old i was!! (why would people do that???) its put me off going really, i know it shouldnt though.

does anyone have any idea what type of clothes i should wear out, i want going out clothes (e.g. dressy not casual) to make me look older. i think i look younger because im quite small too, im 5"4ish and a size 4-6 (uk size) and i think size 6 in the uk is a size 2. its hard to find nice trousers (pants) in my size so i usually stick with jeans (mistake???) any ideas of a nice outfit?


(sorry im from the uk so its making it a little confusing) lol

wow i was 5"2 at 12 hm idk i like wearing high shoes they make me feel taller i didnt grow to much sense
