Just off the phone with SW. Was trying to switch my flight to one earlier on the same day (3 months out)
Web kept failing at the "reconcile" the flight step. Agent on phone was able to make the change. First time couldn't process a change via the web.
On hold for 23 minutes.
Now I will be at MCO at the time I would have departed my home airport. YAY!
