Had to cancel...so sad!

i had to cancel our trip for the end of Jan. due to some family problems. I am so bummed right now. And there are such great deals...aargh!!!! I will definitely go next year even if it is by myself!!!!! What to do to pass the time till I can book for Jan. 2011?????

So sorry to hear you had to cancel. I can sympathize since we did without a big trip last year too due to the economy. This Feb will be our first trip back to disney since '06.

One year we didn't go to WDW we went to a Disney musical (Lion King) instead when it was in a nearby big city. Mary Poppins is on the move maybe you can catch that somewhere to get a bit of Disney.

I'm sorry to hear that. I had a trip planned for this past November but was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to cancel because the surgery was scheduled the same time as my trip. It was a tough choice - surgery or trip (not really). And I had even gotten one of the elusive e-mail pin codes with a really great rate. But I'm hoping to be in remission by fall and go in November even though I won't have that great rate ever again. Until then I get my Disney fix by coming to the Disboards as often as I can. Maybe that will help you too.

I really hope you will be able to schedule another trip in the future. Here's some for you.

We have been many times over the years. I had to cancel because my grandson has ear infection issues...2 months and counting...so planning for next Jan...only 55 more weeks. We usually go every other year and this was not our year so I guess it was not to be. Anyway I love Mickey and WDW and I love to plan too so I will occupy myself with that. Each trip we try new restaurants etc so it is always different.
