had to call for ADRs

I got up at 4 to book online and could never get into the system. I would get to the reservation page, it would ask for info, then do nothing. I could never pull my reservation up. Finally, at 6 on the nose (7 Eastern time) I called. At 6:14, I was finished. Got everything I wanted, including Le Cel, PTC and Cat 1 HDDR. My cm wasn't real friendly, but made up for it by being efficient. She booked all my ADRs, then got my cc no to hold HDDR, then gave me all my conformation numbers. It was the fastest I've ever gotten booked. Lots of ones(excellents) on the survey. I'm so happy I could POP.

Glad you got all your ADRs. I couldn't use online ADRs either but had a great experience calling in and got all our requests with no problem for TG week.

Wow! The reservation operator on the phone this morning told me the exact opposite. There is simply no rhyme or reason to this new reservation system is there?
