Had a Great Time! Thanks for the great tips!

We are sadly driving home today All of the tips I read here and following Easy WDW recommended days really paid off! All Fast Passes we waited 5 minutes or under (except 10 for the Mine Train but that was closed for like 7 hours and everyone rushed to ride when it opened back up). All stand by lines were 15 minutes or less (except Pirates was 30 but we had time to kill). We did everything on our to do list and everything on our maybe list. We did rope drop and EMH rope drops everyday and took naps/breaks in the afternoon. We only tried for a 4th FP+ once and it was at 759pm. We were able to get a Barnstormer for 8:15. The stand by line was a 30 minutes wait. We didn't try for others bc we didn't need them. The lines at the kiosks were longer than the standby lines we wanted. Wednesday night we actually got stuck on the big incline hill for 30 minutes before they "rescued" us. Luckily we all walked away with 2 extra fast passes, even though we all had neck/head aches. Overall we had at Great time at AOA and didn't want to leave! BTW all 6 of us loved FP+ and our Magic Bands!

Glad to hear it went so well!!!

Question for ya. Have you stayed at any other value resorts? We're considering AoA for a future trip, but would like to know how it compared to something like POP Century or the All Star resorts. What did you like about AoA?

We've gone moderate level the last couple of years, but want to try something different on our next visit. Either a different moderate, or maybe AoA. Truth be told, I think our kids like POP more or about equal to Port Orleans Riverside due to the big, bold, in your face theming.

So glad you had a great time! We were there last week, and we also had a fabulous time! It killed us to leave, and we are definitely in the throws of post-Disney blues.
