Just wanted to thank everyone for the info and advice - you guys were right - this was an amazing trip! I'm going to be doing a full trip report (blog, video, photos, podcast) that will probably go up on Nov 5th - in the mean time, I was playing around with the new iMovie for Mac and put together a 'trailer' preview of our trip.
