Decided to eat at POFQ sasagoula floatworks again, these people are slow. So if anyone is a time watcher and particular about keeping schedule i suggest adding extra time for this place. Maybe because I live in the city ive gotten used to everything being rushed, it took some work for me to be patient at this place, the day before they had taken an extremely long time also. Again, it could be more me than them, but IMO they arent so keen on moving with any speed in here.
Breakfast as follows: dd-7 mickey waffle with bacon, ds-11 bagel, dd-16 sausage gravy w/ biscuts, myself eggs, and bacon. WE also bought souviner cups this day to refill our drinks for 11.00 each. total bill was 72.00.
$44.00 of that was for mugs , so 28.00 for breakfast.
Off to MK~ very crowded for a monday i thought, line wait time averaged about 50 minutes even for little kid rides. Decided to do pretzels for lunch since we had an early PS at 1900 park fare for dinner.
Dinner: The food here was the best we had during the trip. The strawberry soup i heard so much about on the boards was as good as everyone said it was. The prime rib was perfect, and the banannas foster was to die for.
Cindy, prince charming and perla came to the table, all were attentive to the kids and curtious about coming back to the table when my daughter was at the buffet the first time around.
A funny thing happened though, the table next to ours there was a mother, daugther im guessing around 7 also and grandmother. The grandmother says very very loudly " We do not need to go chase Cinderella around dear like all these other children because you are "THE PRINCESS" hunny, and she will come to you because of that unlike the other children here."
Lol lol i was floored, i didnt notice any of the other kids there out of their seats chasing after Cindy. It seemed to me very pretentious to suggest to any child that she is sooooo much more special than the other children that she will not "need" to go after anyone and that they rather will come to her.
As i recall the 2 adult prices were 28.00 each and the childrens were 18.00?
The meal was definatly the best we had and we will go again.
Off to MK again to close the park. Did some shopping, it was near empty too when we got back. No waiting in line for more than 7 minutes, my kids did the tea cups over and over again, the firworks display were amazing.
