I rely on their hair products, body wash, lotions and facial moisturizers. This is a serious pain in the rear.

I just got 2 bottles of shampoo from Amazon. It says they had 13 left in stock, so I guess it's 11 now. I'm bummed about this as I just found out that I like the shampoo!

They'll change it to BYOT(Bring Your Own Toiletries) then charge an extra per night fee for the cost to repair the wall after removing the shampoo/soap/conditioner dispensers.

That's hilarious. So they knew they were shutting down the business when they went to Amazon only sales a few weeks back.

They've revamped their lines, discontinuing products, renaming them, etc. over the years. Consumers don't usually like that, and it makes it more difficult to compete in a market that's oversaturated with mid-tier products. They are way too expensive to compete with drugstore brands, but mostly not high enough quality for upmarket. When they started only selling on amazon, that was probably the death knell - at that point you aren't even trying to lure customers or retain customer loyalty with promotions/deals on your own company website.
